Completed

Customer commissioned us to design a outdoor living area that incorporated their newly built pool and pool deck. We decided on a classic gable roof structure that utilized a fireplace and wood holders as the structural support for the far end of the gable. We future proofed the foundation by adding a perimeter footer all around for future screen enclosure. A reclaimed brick veener accented the modern rectified pavers the client used for their patio nicely. Finished the underside ofthe ceiling with a clean and classic tongue and groove finish.

The Design

The design was really one of a kind. We decided to use the fireplace feature as the support for the gable end of the pavilion. This required a bit of engineering creativity and in order to save some time and money our designers provided everything the engineers needed to turn our line drawings into county approved plans without much back and forth. The photo realistic renders were able to communicate the materaisl to the customer who let us have creative freedom. They were not thinking of using a rustic brick but once they saw the real world texture that we would use they fell in love.

The Build

After engineering was complete and permits were pulled we broke ground.
